Prenatal Fitness and Postnatal Weight Loss
Being pregnant is tough. I know from experience. Working out properly and staying fit during your pregnancy will make the entire process a lot easier. Not going overboard with your food intake or weight gain will also lead to a better overall experience in your pregnancy and significantly help you get your body back after baby. Postnatal weight loss is a challenge but extremely do-able if you follow the right diet and exercise program. I’m not just talking from a professional point of view, I, too, know from experience!
