With passing days and our jam-packed routine, we almost forget about how our skin and hair is gradually deteriorating. For keeping them youthful and preventing them from aging, we must take a little time out. There is no need for expensive surgeries, high-end anti-aging products or medications. All you need is to incorporate a few healthy habits in your daily routine that can actually reverse the aging signs both internally and externally.

Keep Your Hands Moisturized
The skin of our hands is very thin and more prone to aging than the skin of other body parts. Therefore, take extra care of your hands by keeping a travel-size moisturizer in your bag all the time and moisturizing it more often. Apply the moisturizer two to three times a day, especially after every time you wash your hands.
Keep Yourself Hydrated
In our busiest routine, we mostly forget to drink enough water although we know how essential it is for the body. I would suggest you to keep a bottle with you all the time and refill it twice throughout the day. Also, add chia seeds in your water as they are great for detoxifying the body which resultantly benefits the skin and its condition. The more hydrated you are from the inside, the healthier will your skin appear and feel.
Get a Full Body Massage
Regular full-body massage can help improve your skin greatly. Not only do the oils used in the massage benefit the skin but the acupressure used in it helps relieve stress and stabilize the mood. It is a great way to nourish your exterior and interior both at the same time. Therefore, either keep a recliner for full-body massage in your room or get an appointment with a masseuse at least once a month.
Take High-Protein Diet and Green Veggies
Protein is essential for keeping your hair and skin healthy. It also helps to keep the youthful glow on your skin and the liveliness in your eyes. Therefore, incorporate high-protein food in your daily routine like boiled eggs, grilled fish and bananas. Moreover, taking green vegetables are not only a great source of anti-oxidants and other healthy nutrients but also great for strengthening and cleaning the teeth. Plus, regular intake of green vegetables help improves the skin complexion as well.
Get Proper and Uninterrupted Sleep
With the increasing trend of smartphones and using them while being on bed late night deprives you of sleep and leaves you feeling restless. Therefore, to avoid such a situation, keep your room free from all the gadgets, especially when you are heading to your bed for a night’s sleep. Instead, read a book half hour before you go to bed as it does not affect your brain like the rays of the screen does. Sleep for at least solid 7 to 8 hours for being all healthy, up and running in the morning.
