Hi. My name is Samantha Barrionuevo and I am a certified personal trainer, certified strength and conditioning coach and I also have a specialty certification in pre and post natal fitness. I love helping people get fit, lose weight, and look better. I am also a mom of 3 young children and it is very important to me to be a healthy role model. Since a very young age, I’ve been active in sports and general fitness. It is something that will be with me throughout my entire life.
